2. Sleep with your curtains open so that the sunlight will shine in your room in the morning.
3. Meal prep at the beginning of the week because it can be hard to leave the bed, let alone cook every day.
4. Change your alarm to a song that usually makes you dance.
5. Turn on Notifications for Will Smith’s instagram…. he can always make you laugh.
6. Try to wake up early every day, and do something. Start your day off by doing something: A workout, a shower, an upisode of Martin, SOMETHING. Don’t fall into the trap of laying in bed & checking Instagram for hours.
7. Invite a friend over once a week and have a movie night.
8. Try to be asleep by midnight.
9. Find something that you enjoy doing alone incase you have loads of free time.
10. Try to keep your room clutter free. A messy room makes you feel closed in.
